Publication Date: August 1964
Brief Summary:

Commentary:

Tony Stark is pretty bummed out about having to wear a metal plate on his chest.  I dunno, I think the billionaire playboy should look a little more on the bright side, but that's just me.  Of course, this is classic Stan Lee angst.  Still, Stark does somewhat have a point, as he can't tell just how long the life saving technology that's keeping his heart beating will last.  If I could, I would have reassured the man that he had at least a few good years left.

This doesn't appear to be Stan's month for villains, as his latest is known as the Unicorn.  There's really nothing villainous about Unicorns.  At all.  I'd be hard pressed to even name that many animals (real or imaginary) that are less intimidating than Unicorns.  Whatever.  Hawkeye is next issue.

Quick Thoughts:

  • Unicorn's costume was built by Crimson Dynamo
  • And yes, that means he's a commie
Favorite Panel:

Who wouldn't want this?
